Hello! It feels like it's been ages since I've made a set!
 
I finished Clockwork Princess the other day, which accounts for this set. I was a little dissatisfied with the ending, but I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't read it yet. Let's just say I found the section in 2008 to be too coincidental? I'm not sure that's the word I'm looking for. But I just didn't like how everything seemed to just fall perfectly into place, without any real explanation. (Or maybe it's just because I love Will and Tessa.)
 
But, Astrid Berges-Frisbey, I think, it very similar to how I picture Tessa. Actually, the actress who will be playing Isabelle Lightwood in City of Bones is also similar to how I pictured Tessa, but then again the description of the two girls isn't very different, just beautiful, tall, confident, and dark haired. As for Will and Jem, I haven't really come across anyone I would say fits my perfect image of either, I included Douglas Booth because he's generally used as Will and because there seems to be an abundance of pictures of him in Victorian wear, so why not?
 
Anyone else have any feelings on the Infernal Devices?

I thought I'd give the app a shot and its pretty awesome! The only downside is that you can't include music in the set but that's not too terrible. Maybe now I'll make more sets!

Hello! I've been really wanting to get back into set making lately! Even though right now that's the last thing I need, between college applications and schoolwork! I can't believe I'm still on this site, I joined when I was about 13 years old and now I'm getting ready to go to college and ahhhhh this is crazy!

It's been so long since I've been on here! I've missed it!
 
So this set is partially inspired by the fact that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so tell the women in your life to get screened, if they don't already. My mom has breast cancer (I'm hoping she's in remission at this point, but she won't find out until next year), and early detection is probably a huge part of why she's okay.

I'm so excited about Florence's new album! HALLOWEEN! Shake it Out and What the Water Gave Me are amazing, I cannot wait for the rest of it!
 
Also, the nail polish I am currently wearing is the one in this set. It's one of those suede nail polishes, so it comes out looking smooth and sparkly, it's so cool! But it does chip a lot faster than normal nail polish, and you can't put a clear coat over it, which kind of sucks a bit.

I'm watching Jersey Shore right now, and I wish this episode wasn't all about the girls.
The only girl I actually like is Jenni, and I don't care about the rest
 
I want Vinny and Pauly to have their own show, with Jenni guest starring on it frequently. It would be the best thing ever.
 
Also, I apologize for this. I really liked the picture of Alison with the pattern behind it but then I kind of lost what I was doing with it and it's just blehhh

I recently came across Marina & the Diamonds and I am OBSESSED, I love her!

So, it's been quite a while since I've made a set, hasn't it? I started working on this ages ago and found it in my drafts. I couldn't sleep so I thought, why not?
 
I can't believe I'm a junior. I remember coming on here when I was in 8th grade. That seems like so
long ago, but just yesterday at the same time!
 
PS: I know there are a lot of tags, I'm just experimenting because I rarely use them.

But hi everyone! How are your summers going? Mine has been alright, I wish I was a bit busier though. It's hard when all your friends work and you don't, no one's ever around!
I'm going to try to make more sets, especially leading up to Deathly Hallows, just to get ready for it! I cannot believe it's next week already! I'm much more excited for that than I am for my birthday, which is also next week.
